Superb location and very quiet. We were 5 people and wanted a kitchen so this was it. Kitchen had just basics and less than 500m to a food store. All NYC is expensive and this matched. Enough room for us. The only issue was that the WIFI/internet was really slow

Handy location. Slept family of 5 well. Tiny bathroom and kitchenette. Close to metro and train. We stayed 4 nights. Not enough towels provided or toilet paper, but host answered messages and addressed this.

The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. The microwave was not working, but there was a second microwave in the apartment stacked on top of the fridge. The beds were just okay; our only real complaint was that the pillows weren't great. It is a good crash pad to explore NYC, especially if you have a family of 5.

The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends.

We stayed with five people and it was very comfortable, everyone got their own bed. The kitchenette is nice and fully equipped so we were able to cook breakfast in the room. It was conveniently located and easy to get to.

Location was excellent. Near major shops like Macy’s, local grocery, eating establishments big and small. Subway and bus were within walking distance getting you around Manhattan. Room was clean and had a small kitchen, which we didn’t really use. We had our own bathroom, which is nice and convenient. All in all room was great. The street noise on Friday was a bit loud, but if you have earplugs or a noise machine it isn’t bad.

Great location! Easy walk to Penn Station and Herald Square for transportation. Local stores and dining. However, the noise level was a bit much even for NYC. You could hear every sound from the street at all hours of the night. The kitchenette was stocked with basic salt, pepper, sugar, plates and utensils. Microwave and fridge. Linens well atocked. Table for two and all beds. There was a public bathroom on the floor we were on. Which was convenient. For the price it was a great stay in NYC.

We arrived early and couldn't go to our room yet, but surprisingly, they wouldn't let us store our luggage for free; we had to pay. The same thing happened at check-out. I've never experienced anything like this before. The only advantage here is the convenient location, although the room is near the street and quite noisy.
