Casa Avalon Hotel

Casa Avalon Hotel

8/10 Good
"The room we had was clean and appeared to be recently refurbished. Wi-Fi in our room, but not we were told in all rooms yet. The partial ocean view was very partial. Only minor gripe is two bath towels per night needs to be four bath towels per night. The patios between certain floors were good places to hang out especially since the hotel has no lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend Casa Avalon."

Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel

Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We had a very relaxing trip to Catalina, Zane Grey is an overall quiet property away from the hustle and bustle of downtown so it provided a nice place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was extremely helpful and a phone call away from picking us up and taking us where we needed. The only hiccup was the strobe light fire sensor on our ceiling when we were trying to sleep. We had an obnoxious person who came in at 1 or 2 and decided to walk around in heels and roll her suitcase all over (annoying) the staff helped out and reminded of quiet time after 10. Complimentary breakfast was also included and very yummy! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return again and enjoy another stay,Thanks so much everyone!"
