「I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price since most hotel rooms out in Avalon cost an arm and a leg. It was affordable, incredibly good location, very comfortable with a very good bathroom, and the staff were all very kind during check-in and check-out. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to stay when I visit Avalon!」

「This is a great little hotel on the waterfront and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They let us keep our bags there before check in so we could enjoy the island without dragging around our baggage. They have a little bar out front which had great drinks and appetizers. My only complaint is that in the website and on Expedia it says Breakfast included and they said in person it was included but not complementary, it seemed a little evasive and like they were being deceptive. 「Property was decent. It’s on a main road and it’s kinda close quarters. I did get woken up a few times by other guests and the gas golf carts. They provided ear plugs which was nice. Over all a great stay and close to the Ferry and downtown.」

「The entire stay was wonderful from the second we were picked up from the ferry! (Which by the way is a great amenity especially since this hotel is a bit of a walk up hill from the main city street and all you have to do is call and tip). All staff were friendly and helpful. 「This place is fine if you plan to not be in your room much. It's not horrible, just okay. We had a nice view but unfortunately there was a larger family unit next to us so we had kids constantly running up and down and looking through our window which we tried to keep open to enjoy the view.
