「Very nice place, but they were not at all responsive when I attempted to contact them. Also, it's quite a ways up the hill from downtown. Not an easy walk. If you don't have an ebike, they will take you on their golf carts, and it's very convenient if you don't have to be somewhere at a specific time, but the expectation that you tip for every ride is really annoying.」

「Great room in an old Victorian building. Fairly close to the mail street. The final 50 yards is a hill (if you have mobility issues maybe not for you) The floors have great patios. There is a full size elevator. No coffee in the rooms but they do coffee downstairs Overall neat, charming.」

「Loved the value and the location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the boat dock and everything you need. It's only 1 block from the only grocery store on the island, Von's! The room was small but cute & next door to the oldest house on the island. The area feels very safe and has a historic vibe. We enjoyed thoroughly.」

「The view was very nice. A gull visited often, so make sure the sliding door is shut. The sliding door still sticks, so close it slowly. The bed is very comfy. It is an old building that is kind of shabby, but still clean and well kept. 」

「Stayed at El Terado Terrace for a short trip to Avalon and overall had a good experience. The location is a big plus — it’s close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. The outdoor terrace areas are nice, especially for coffee in the morning or winding down at night.」
