「This home is ok… it does the trick. Good showers, plenty of beds & TVs, lots of space. However, it’s far from a “luxury property”. The host outsources support to someone outside of the US so the messaging and phone support was not helpful in the slightest. The home itself is in poor condition on the outside and inside has a lot of cosmetic damage. The kitchen smelled like cigarette smoke on arrival. The AC does not cool the downstairs well - everyone woke up in sweat every night downstairs....

「3 of us had a great stay here while at our trade show at the convention center. It’s a very close drive to the convention center and many restaurants in the area. It was very clean. It was nice each having our own room and a kitchen to supplement when we didn’t need want to eat out. Thank you! 」

「What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay.」

「The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!」
