「Nice house. Great AC!」

「So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

The house was spotless on arrival and clearly well cared for, with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxed trip. Parking in the garage was easy (and much better then street parking)The location is a real strength: a two-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants close enough to pop out for coffee, dinner, or last-minute groceries without having to move the car. 「The kitchen was fine....the house was fine.....the laundry was fine, however, maybe i missed it...the fact that it was outside in another building and coin operated would have been something we should have known prior to arrival, out at 11:00 pm finding quarters was a pain....more communication the week before and up to arrival would have improved the experience.......I would not do VRBO again...the hotel experience is much more reliable.」

「The house is gorgeous and the rooms are well appointed. It very comfortably fits 8 people. Our group was a little larger, but there were blow up mattresses and linens in every bedroom closet to accommodate the extra guests. The beach access is phenomenal! There is a grocery store close nearby. Hosts really were very welcoming, kind, and considerate of our needs. It is a beautiful and unique property. It is spendy, but was a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay there again!」
