"Property was up on the hill, approx. 15 minutes walk from the ferry drop off location. We were not provided enough information about car pick and drop service from 211 Catalina ave. (there is a bench where you can wait or give a call to hotel to request a pick up) as that would have made the check-in experience much smoother. Hotel was super clean and environment was calm. We were received at the hotel and provided early check-in as the rooms were made available on that day. "
