「The room’s door was already opened. It smelled heavily of bleach. I asked for another room, which they gave me. Overall, not a comfortable stay all.」

「The peace want anything special, the sheets were dirty and when we asked for them to change it they didn’t, they just left other ones for us to do it even tho there was a mysterious stain on the bed. The shower also smelled like turtle tank, but they do let you keep your stuff there while you wait to check in so that was cool」

「Este lugar se debe describir como una estafa, literal lo es. Y tengo pruebas de todo. Fui con mi esposo y mi hija de 3 años a la cual no pude ni bañar del moho, el olor, el piso sucio. Todo estaba asqueroso. No confien en las fotos no son reales y siento que Expedia deberia tener mas cuidado con lugares como este, nada de lo que ofrecen es cierto y si hablamos de las instalacion aun peor. Jacuzzi no funciona, todo oxidado , el pasto inmenso. literal me tuve que ir a otro hotel y no me regresaron...

「The front staff was so helpful and nice. First impression the hotel looks beautiful. Although the hotel is on the older side it is still pretty neat the rooms bed feels clean. Could use newer furniture😅」
