"The staff was extremely rude upon check in. We were told the room had air conditioning and could sleep 5, but upon arrival there was 1 king bed and 1 queen. When I asked where our 5th person was supposed to sleep, as we were charged $20 for having an extra person (and ok ages were input so you could easily see we had no infants or children under 5) I was told to pay $30 extra for a roll away bed. Then the air conditioning in the room kept showing an error code and did not work our entire stay. There was only 2 towels in the room and the hand soap was empty. When we asked for more the gentleman rudely rolled his eyes, slammed the door behind him and then brought the items back to me. We had stayed here before with no problems or issues but this time was so unpleasant we definitely won’t be back. So to recap, we have rude guest services, an AC that did not work, not enough towels, empty hand soap, and treated like an inconvenience when they didn’t make the room up properly. Do better Sir. As a business owner myself, this is not how you get return customers. "

"My husband and I loved this hotel! We went with our 6 month old and she absolutely loved it! Room was clean and we were so close to many things to do as a family! Highly recommend! "

"Check in staff was very cordial. Let me know that they offered breakfast lunch dinner also they have a little convenience Mart. You can access 24 seven offers chips water, Band-Aid sunscreen, aspirin. The rooms are spacious. They’re clean. They have bathtubs if you’d like to take a bath lots of pillows on the bed. AC works nice view."

"The pictures on the website are a scam and look nothing like the actual room. There were hair balls everywhere and the tub was dirty. The beds were awful like we were sleeping directly on the box springs. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay at Terranea. The villa is located in the perfect spot where you feel remote yet part of the resort at the same time. The shuttle service provided to the main resort was easy to use as well. The kids enjoyed one of four pools and the slide. The fitness center was great. We scheduled free pickleball and the shuttle service took us to the offsite (but close) tennis club. Cleaning service that is included was also fantastic. Highly recommend! "
