"Love my stay at this resort! Everyone was great, check-in was smooth, they were very polite and attentive. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Taylor, the restaurant bartender was amazing, lemon drops were on point. Our waitress on the 1st night, Faith was so sweet. The bartenders at the pool were also great and funny: Pete, Jackson and Marshall. The lobster bisque at the hotel was so good, the grits were also seasoned very well. Beautiful beach and the heated pool was a plus. I will definitely be back here."

"The employees at check in were nice and very helpful. The ship is very well maintained and clean. Staff is knowledgeable about the history of the ship. The biggest downfall was the temperature of our room. There is no heater. We complained that it was super cold and we were told that there is one control for a block of rooms and that it can not be turned off. We requested extra blankets which were promptly delivered. The air conditioner was blowing on us all night. While under the covers, it was warm but as soon as we got out of bed the goosebumps appeared. If you stay the night, be prepared to wear layers in your room."

"Honestly, I would NOT rent a room at this hotel again because the parking problem is major. There's no parking or anywhere to park your car nearby; you have to walk about two blocks with your luggage, and at night it's definitely not a safe place. I definitely would NOT recommend it. "
