"The Disney shuttle was the outstanding feature of this property, the staff were very nice. There restaurant hours are suited to the corporated budget not the customer. The Deli was a nice feature also."

"The resort isn’t as nice as the pictures led to show. When we got to our room there were no trash bags at all. We ordered food at the pool and the forgot to put the order in , so we never got our food. The ice machine wasn’t on our floor, only on even number floors, the service and hospitality was decent, but nothing I’d rave about. Overall it’s an ok hotel , but I wouldn’t be spending my money on staying again."

"Pool bathroom was dirty, toilets didn't flush. 2 of the water features were not working. Floors in breakfast area were sticky. The microwave in our room almost fell off the shelf and I was shocked when unplugging my hairdryer."

"The lounge food was amazing, huge portions and the pool was nice. That's the positive. The room looked fine until you looked closer, and the bathroom was extremely dated with yellow subway tile and the toilet barely flushed. No washcloths and just bar soap. The staff also entered my room with the do not disturb sign on my door and before check out. They took all my food out of the fridge in the 10 minutes before I came back to do a final check of the room. The noise is also terrible from the floors above and in the hallway. I definitely will not stay here again. There is a fridge and microwave but don't try to use the couch bed unless you want to sleep on springs. Closeness to Disney and Convention Center are the only positives to this hotel. The breakfast is expensive and the same as other hotels include for free. Ice cream and snacks are self checkout which was fine."

"Easy walk to Disneyland. The parking was convenient. The hotel shares a parking garage with another hotel and it is close and convenient if there isn’t a surface space. The beds are comfortable. The only mirrors are in the bathroom area. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom area too. "

"Rooms are very clean, but there is a smell that is very noticeable. The beds are very hard and the wall mounted ac is not suit to keep the room cooled. I would not stay here again "
