"The hotel is in an ideal location for travelers using Long Beach Airport. However, be prepared to hear airplanes taking off from the nearby runway. It didn’t bother me personally, but I can see how some guests may find it disruptive. Our bed was listed as a “king size,” though it definitely felt smaller than the king bed I have at home. Parking was convenient when there were no hotel events, but on two days during my stay it became difficult to find a spot due to event traffic. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again."

"The cost of the room was a fair price for the room. It was clean. The grounds were clean and well kept ample parking. Felt safe staying there would encourage everyone too. Stay there nice place. Nice staff."

"The only issues with this hotel were mine. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean. There is no elevator, so if you need one, make sure you request a first floor room. I was accommodated quickly. The pool/hot tub were locked. Breakfast was simple, but good. Scrambled eggs and sausage. One of my issues was the pot smoking. I don't mind it if I don't have to breathe it also. Smelled like a family of skunks invaded the hotel. The room was loud. The hotel is right on PCH. You can hear all the traffic. The curtains and the door. There was about a 2 inch gap on the curtains that wouldn't close that anyone outside could look into the room. The door always looked cracked open. It wasn't. It was locked, but the light coming from around the door made it look open. I was terrified the whole first night. There was nothing that could have been done by staff for this things. Didn't go into my stars. "

"This is not a Hotel, this is a Motel with a renovated Lobby. I had to wake up a 2:30am as I have been fighting to fall sleep since 10:30pm which is when the occupants of the room above me got there and started talking so loud, and playing music loud too. Things escalated to arguing, loud stomping on the floor, and people coming in and out; they had some sort of unusual activity going on which prevented my wife and I from resting for an important morning event we had next morning. They moved us to another room having to leave our belonging in the original room, next morning the key did not work. I had to explain the situation yet again to a new clerk who did not even apolgoize for such an inconvenience. We had to rush our belongings out to the new room. "
