"Great location we were there for the Grand Prix and was well within walking distance! Beach access was only a block away. So much to explore nearby without needing to drive. Host was extremely attentive and had quick response when needed. Highly recommend this place if I find it again next year available I'll definitely be rebooking!"

"The Maya hotel is are go to stay when in Long Beach. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We absolutely love the restaurant."

"Noisy area with commuter train bells ringing until midnight or 1am. Pillows very thick, needed to bring my own pillow to be able to sleep. The entire hotel has the same size pillows. Lots of homeless around that might be yelling and screaming at any time of day or night. Outside of these things the hotel is pretty nice and has about 15 parking spots or so underneath the hotel. A couple of the spots have charging available. If you show up before 4:00 you will be charged for checking in early which I find to be pretty rude."

"We had an excellent experience. For the first time in a long time. We stayed at a hotel that had absolutely no issues with the room. The front desk staff attentive and accommodating. Our check in and check out went very smooth . The room was clean and had an absolutely beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was also on point. The cafe downstairs had an amazing menu and even accommodated my wife's gluten allergy. I highly recommend the pizza. Right next door to the convention center and lots of shopping and dining options in walking distance. Great location and great staff. "

"Terrible stay, disgusted. I had my whole family travel to stayover for one night. Booked 3 rooms and they all had roaches running around as soon as you turn off the lights. Contacted hotels.com. They contacted the hotel but they gave another room later in the night when my kids were asleep. Sewer smell in the shower. "
