"The first room we were placed in the toilet did not work and the door did not lock. We were moved a few rooms down and the shower did not work as well as there were only 3 pillows on a king size bed, I also saw a huge rat run across the court yard. My first experience there was good, this time was terrible."

"The service is through a window and is rude to customers; they don't clean the room daily or change the towels; there are people who live there for weeks at a time; it's very dirty and in bad condition; the air conditioners don't work; the room smells of cigarettes; I asked to change rooms upon arrival because it had a very unpleasant smell; the fire detectors are covered with plastic. la atencion es por una ventanilla y de mal gusto hacia los clientes , no te limpian el cuarto diariamente ni te cambian las toallas, están personas que viven ahi por semanas, esta muy sucio y en malas condiciones , los aires acondicionados no funcionan , la habitación huele a cigarro , yo pedi me cambiaran la habitación al llegar porque estaba con un olor muy desagradable, los detectores contra incendio están tapados con plásticos.. "
