"Super friendly staff, clean room, tv has closed captioning for us deaf people, and the breakfast could be a little better but still love this hotel "

"The property is fairly new so everything is clean and well designed. It offers spacious common areas bot inside and out. It features outdoor cooking areas, firepits with seating and a heated pool. There are pet friendly areas to walk around the outside of the property and also the adjacent properties. There are recreation spaces for kids also. The excercise room has new equipment with treadmills, elipticals, bike, universal and weights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a full-sized refrigerator and kitchenette. HBO is included in the television package, which is a nice feature. The staff members that we have interaction with have been very helpful: In particular Sebastion on the morning shift and Matthew on the afternoon-evening shift. The breakfast area is managed by another person named mathew who has been great. A few suggestions: 1. Consider adding handheld shower heads, 2. Have a QC person walk the property (inside and out) each day to address cleanup items. "

"Room did have a musty smell but tolerable (inclement weather during our stay.) Everything about our stay was 5 stars including Staff @ Check in. This is our go to hotel for Cypress. Always clean, great options for food, easy parking and great staff! Will return and recommend to our family and friends. "
