「We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to others! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable」

「Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not...

「一人用の部屋でも十分な広さがあり、清潔感がありました。また、ホテル内の設備が故障していた際、丁寧に対応してもらえて快適に過ごせました。」

「Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.」

「The host was amazing at communication. Beds were extremely comfortable!」

「We had a great experience with our family for disneyland trip. Highly recommend for large groups. Definitely would book again.」

「Great stay for our family of 6, had everything we needed. Super close to Knott’s Berry Farm. Jimmy is a great host, would definitely stay here again.」

「Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.」
