"After days of reading reviews & searching for a hotel to stay at for our disneyland trip we decided on this one! Very happy with our choice. Price point was much better than staying anywhere in Anaheim & free parking! There are no more complimentary shuttles from hotels since they shut those down so if we chose to stay in Anaheim we'd be paying for overnight parking ($25-$50/ night) & parking at disneyland which was another $40/day). No thanks, we were only a 10 minute drive away. Rooms were clean & spacious (2 queen beds, queen pull out sofa bed, w/ wet bar suite). No bed bugs which is always a plus. If you're a light sleeper be aware that floors/ceilings are thin so if your upstairs neighbors are walking you could hear it. Didn't bother us, we were defeated after disneyland. Complimentary breakfast is always a win. Pool wasn't crowded & water was warm. Feet in the jacuzzi the day after disneyland..... yes. Gym had dbs & not just a treadmill so get that in when you can. Lastly, the receptionists were accommodating. I asked for a possible late check out so we had time to use the pool on our last morning before heading out & they were able to give us until 12:30pm which was okay we didn't need all day. Just enough time to swim & shower in the room before heading out. Experience it yourself. Book that trip ;) Sincerely, Mom & Dad of 5."

"Stay away from this hotel. In my experience, it was dirty, overpriced, and left me questioning their business practices. The parking lot was unclean and did not feel safe or well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, and even the coffee looked off and was unappetizing. We booked a room for four guests, but when we arrived there were only two bath towels. I went to the front desk to request two additional towels and was initially told they had none available. I was first offered hand towels instead. Only after explaining that our reservation was for four people and insisting that we needed proper bath towels did they eventually provide them. The worst part came after checkout when I noticed an unexpected $30 charge on my credit card. When I called the hotel, I was told it was for two towels that supposedly had pink stains on them. None of us had anything that could have caused pink dye or stains. I asked them to provide photos as proof, but they refused, claiming that photos could be altered. That explanation made no sense to me as how would I be able to alter pictures they are sending me via email? It only made the charge seem even more questionable. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and unexplained extra charge with no evidence provided, I would not recommend staying here."

"I personally say that if you need a place to say and the money you have to spend was hard enough to get. Then this the spot for you. Not a problem with the traffic in and out. It quiet and stable people keep their eyes to them selves. The rooms clean enough to unpack for sure. I’ll be staying here each time I need a get away."
