"Was given a room that appeared and smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week. There were dirty towles all over the bathroom floor, the bed was unmade, and the smell was terribly moldy/musty. Had to go back to front desk (long walk) to change rooms. Second room was farther away than the first, and 2 floors higher. That room had 2 electrical outlets non-functional (had to brew coffee in the bathroom, as kitchen outlet was not working."
