I had a good stay. This place needs a power wash. Front desk was nice to me, my room was spotless. Property is old and dated and the clientele are lower class. I feel for the owners.

Friendly staff, great customer service from my experience. However, the room we were originally put in REAKED of cigarette smoke and accompanied with several cigarette burns in the blankets and night stand. As well as a nice spider web with a big ole spider along the top of the door and hinges. I immediately went to the front desk to switch rooms. They did so there on the spot(where the good customer service comes in). The 2nd and final room was better(in a way)- free of cigarette smoke and burns but the floors, walls, toilet and doors were dirty and stained like there was never an attempt to clean them. The corners of the floor had collections of dust and dirt. The first room very well may have been in this condition as well but didn't pay much attention as the smell immediately turned me away as previously stated. Luckily we literally only slept there since we spent all our time at Disneyland. Anyway, definitely will never even consider returning and urge anyone the same.

Location is phenomenal if going to Knott's berry farms. Literally cross the street and your're in the parking lot. The actual quality of the hotel is 3 stars; the shower did work, but not well, relatively clean beds but very dirty carpet, and no USB ports in the electrical outlets so bring a wall charger if staying here. Staff was friendly enough and I got back my cash deposit upon checkout. I would stay here again.

Cold AC. Pretty quiet. They do ask for a $60-$100 cash deposit here on top of your Expedia booking, so bring cash at check in. One tiny roach ran past the desk so they may need a bug guy visit soon. But all in all a nice stay in a giant room across from Knotts!

The property was clean, the location was excellent for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm as it’s across the street and priced affordably. Room was clean, spacious, but dated could use some updating. Did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our room had a distinct odor like staled cigarette smoke which linger all over us and our clothing. For the price and location I would stay again.

The rooms were OK. Adequate. Expected for the price. Location to Knotts is exceptional. Very inexpensive for the amazing location. Just dont expect it to be the 4 Seasons....One odd thing. The hotel required a $100 CASH deposit. Had to be cash. Strange.

Staff is always great and friendly and helpful. The room condition was not. Floors were wet. Assuming they left windows open on a foggy day but that was nasty. Then they had a leak in the shower which is where I assume the terrible foul smell came from. Whole place smelled awful . Left windows open and put a car air freshener in the vents. Came back and it still smelled terrible. You get what you pay for though. So be warned. Prices are cheap and it’s close to Knotts but quality wise it’s very low.
