Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. 「Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"部屋が1階で、エレベーターの前でした。 部屋の防音は特にされていないので、午前1時頃にエレベーターを待っている他の客が大声で会話をしており、うるさくて睡眠が妨害されました。 3泊しましたが、毎晩、同じでした。 朝食は、ごく一般的なアメリカンブレックスファーストで、料理の種類は5種類程度でしたが、朝食を簡単に済ませるには充分でした。"
