"We absolutely loved our stay at Desert Palms. Our room was clean, breakfast was great (especially the breakfast staff), and the proximity to the parks was such a plus. We’ll be staying here again, this was really a huge hit for my husband and I. Worth every single penny."

"They were doing water maintenance but informed us when we arrived instead of prior to give us the option if we still wanted to stay or not. They said it would be down from 10am-6pm. When we tried to shower at 11pm it was still down. I called the front counter and she said she just started work and didn't know what was going on and will call our room back with an update. The following morning still no hot water and when we spoke to staff they said it's probably because we are on a higher floor, not super helpful when you have been out in the heat all day at Disneyland and nobody could shower for two days and no prior notice"

"Breakfast was very good. The room was nice. The hot tub was nasty. I did not like that we had to ask for our towels to be replaced and our room to be cleaned. There was 1 luggage cart and it was not available at our check in or check out. Made getting luggage for 6 people on the 2nd floor hard and tiresome."

"We stayed in a 2nd floor room with two big windows that cannot be covered and it was lit up by the pool at night and bright as soon as the sun came up in the morning. They should have warned us about this during check in when they asked if we wanted ground floor or second. It was not ideal. The bathroom fixtures were old and corroded. But other than that we were satisfied."
