"Everything was perfect as it always is we love staying with you guys!!"

"First the good things: The biggest TV in any room I have ever stayed! The Waterpik shower head was FABULOUS! The rest was in a word --- just TERRIBLE! When I first got to the room I noticed a couple gnats, during my stay . . . a couple grew to about a hundred! And I couldn't detect where they were coming from; I had to go out and buy a can of bug spray and every time I saw one, I gave it a spray. When I went out for the day, I sprayed the entire room. When I got back 8 hours later, the room smelled like bug spray, but the bugs NEVER went away --- but it killed about half of them! I know that them being there is a case of the room NOT being THOROUGHLY cleaned! And the first giveaway is always the floors. In the old days, carpeting covered up a lot. Nowadays with just the tile flooring, it doesn't take much to see if they even moped. Since the room had plenty of bath towels, I soaked one in Clorox (which I bought with the bug spray). And I used that towel to mop the entire floor! The towel was close to BLACK! Yuck! There was graffiti on the outside of the window, which I scrapped off and there were stickers on the fridge which I scrapped off also. This place was a mess --- and I won't be back! Take a look at all the horrendous photos . . . management should be ashamed of this place!"
