The hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The daily happy hour was a great way to get to know the other guests at the hotel. The daily breakfast was filling and great quality as well. The rooms were as advertised. Modern, clean, and accessible. While slightly small in size, they were perfect for our trip to Auckland.

Welcoming and helpful staff; comfortable, quiet room; convenient to the heart of Auckland, transportation to farther flung parts.. Good lord, go eat at Hello Beasty, nearby. Ima Cuisine for lunch, people!

Hotel Britomart is very hip and super well located. Rooms are all tiny unless you get one of the very high end suites but that s down to the location so depends on how long you will spend in your room! Staff are lovely and super helpful.
