"When you open the window there is nothing but cigarette and a crack pipe! There was no provided body wash and the elevator system was terrible"

"While our stay was relatively good, few of our concerns were we were provided rooms in Versailles tower which was a 10 minutes walk from our room to the lobby. We weren’t informed about this while checking in, having older folks in the group, this was difficult walk every time. Secondly, the staff entered the room when asked to bring towels while one guest was changing. Highly inappropriate, when asked, he said he thought there was no one in the room when we had the room occupied tag on the door outside. "

"It was okay stay, had to change rooms because one room smelled like smoke, the other room battery went dead for the key fob, we were reimbursed the resort fee for both rooms. We did appreciate that"

"Lots of little things wrong with the room but the main issue was a balcony railing fell of while I was leaning against, it I could have fallen 33 stories & the hotel employees did not seem to understand who dangerous that is"
