"Great stay"

"The Sahara was great, a bit far from the heart of the strip but the monorail was so close that it wasn’t a problem. My only complaint was that the restroom doors did not completely close. The room would have been perfect with better restroom doors."

"The resort was worn down, room and entire floor was hot. The plumbing wasn't functioning. There was no coffee maker or microwave and the fridge stank."

"I understand it was a festival weekend and everyone trying to check in. One of the older gentlemen at the front desk was very short and rude when people were asking him questions. There was a younger gentleman with glasses (wish I got his name) that went over and beyond to help get most of the guests that morning a room, even offered to upgrade in order for people to get a room. For a good amount of time this younger gentlemen was so accommodating. Did everything efficiently when check in and helped multiple people at the same time."
