We enjoyed the pool. We like a low key pool and that’s what we got. Not loud and not a ton of people. All pool staff-lifeguards & servers were so so friendly & helpful. However, the check in staff, not so much. I didn’t get any VIP upgrades, etc being an Expedia VIP member staying at this participating hotel. Not much to do, only 1 restaurant and it’s a very very limited menu. But they advertise two restaurants. They need to upgrade their marketing/advertising. A few other things that weren’t as advertised but I can’t think of them right off. Fashion show mall directly across the street for shopping. All rooms have a fridge, microwave and Keurig so that was great. And super comfy beds, nice jetted tub that will fit 2. All in all, nice hotel and mostly friendly staff but for it being almost a 5 star hotel, I feel like it could be better.
