"Very nice hotel and casino. The only bummer was you can't get food at the pool, just very limited snacks."

"Room was average. Furniture was falling apart, mildew in showers, I paid for an upgrade but I got an average room. I brought it up to the front desk but nothing was changed. Overall good Location but in serious need of some upgrades "

"It was a good stay. We arrived later than expected due to a flight delay. I had checked in online but when we arrived none of their kiosks worked (not at checkout 2 days later either), but we didn’t have to wait too long for a desk clerk. Upon entering our room, it smelled sooooo badly of weed I could hardly stand it!! Non-smoking room also?!?! The smell did go away by later the next day…thank goodness. Our tv also did not work…a bit of frustration for my hubby. Overall, a good stay! Not sure I would stay there again though."

"Upon check in, we were treated poorly by the young lady that checked us in. She was rude and condescending. The majority of the other staff were too busy to answer questions. The only positive encounter that we had was with the staff from housekeeping. They were on it! Prompt, respectful and very attentive. As far as the food, most of the eateries were very busy. We were very surprised of the poor quality of the food and its preparation. It was sloppy and did not taste good. One of our orders costed more than fifty dollars for two burgers and fries. The adult beverages were small with little alcohol and lots of ice. All in all it was a bad experience. I will never go there again."
