"Three good things were the food at the cafe and Terrance and Matthew at check in. We ran into the highest up of the hotel, whose comments were "all our staff is so friendly at this hotel". Not the case at all! All other staff interactions were the worst. While on the floor of the casino near high limits two staff were arguing, the waitresses on the casino floor were rude, the waitress Dolly at the cafe was horrible. I liked this casino for it's centricity but it is really rundown and in need of a lot of attention. "

"My stay was not great they made many mistakes on my account went to the desk several times spoke with 2 different managers and they assured me things would be taken care of even said they would compensate my entire stay and remove all resort fees only to see they double charged my credit card and now they took off one transaction but the other charge is still on my card"

"good overall. the lady in front desk when I checked in was accommodating. thanks for the view!! the only thing is when I went to the room to wash up and there’s no water in the bathroom sink. called front desk to have someone fix it, maintenance guy said they cut off water due to leaking upstairs and water will be back around 30 minutes. my only thing is they could’ve notified us to let us know. but all good after."

"Most everything was good. Half the outlets in the room didn't work. The bathroom ammenities ran out. Signage is inconsistent as it says Uber parking this way and then changes to rideshare. Those are very small things because the rooms were nice and quiet which is heaven in Vegas."
