"Have stayed here for many years when coming to Vegas. In my opinion, the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear in the rooms, but most of all, service has dropped off a cliff in the amenity areas. We spent a couple of days utilizing the pools for a few hours and I think there was one server serving the whole pool. In one instance a server refused to serve us because we didn’t want to buy a bucket of beers and only bringing two was “not worth her time”. Even when we rented a private space beside the pool with a minimum spend, it was almost hard to hit the minimum because the service was non existent. Great hotel, great location, but they really need to refocus on service."

"Upon entering the room, the carpet looked very clean—that isn't very common in hotels."

"The staff at the Cashier Desk were amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and remembered me each time I visited there. Special kudos to the weekend morning ladies and the gentleman with the jokes."

"Advertised as having three pools, only had one and it closed at 4:30 PM, saying it was not yet summer even though it was 100 degrees. Snuck in resort fee and charged $49 to check in one hour early "

"Stayed at Excalibur for a quick 4 day trip. Room was clean upon arrival and every day we came back to clean and fresh linens. Bathroom was always stocked with towels and shower worked great. Casino was lively at all hrs of the day. Did not get to try the buffet, but definitely will next time we stay here. "
