"No microwave in the room is a bummer. They don’t want you heat food so that you spend money and time buying their super expensive food. The check in process was not very helpful. Had booked 2 rooms but was only able to check in 1 of them. "

"Checking in was a nightmare, took over an hour at the desk. The hotel did not have the rooms we reserved and paid for in advance. When they said that they would change our room, someone deleted it. We were there for our wedding and this was a complete let down. It is a shame because the hotel is lovely. They need to do better with reservations and check in. Because of this I only had a few hours to unpack my wedding gown and steam it and get ready for my wedding at Mt Charleston. For what I paid, this was a huge disappointment and inconvenience."
