"I’ve stayed at Aria around 6 times now. I like the modern contemporary style and I’m used to it. Amenities wise it’s a really good hotel gym which I use daily and I’ll stick with what works. The downside of this trip was the check-in. Sucked to have the first touch point as a negative and unnecessary too. I get they are busy and rooms may not be ready immediately but they don’t have to be rude. They are supposed to be in the hospitality business. The person I dealt with…while I was waiting in line, I had a sense from her demeanor that it would not be good. Lo and behold. Rude. Unpleasant. Should not be in hospitality industry. Otherwise. The rooms are getting old. I understand they will be updating later this year. Had an issue with Din Tai Fung’s wait list where they just lost my place in line but I get errors and they weren’t rude like the front desk. In closing. I get the rooms being old. That’s well known but no need for rude people. "

"You can tell the property and rooms are barely maintained. Overall they’re in decent condition due to the property being new, but they are not maintained and kept well. The staff has been inconsistent some are helpful and kind but others are NOT! The rooms don’t include a microwave and I was told there is no microwave for guess. When I ask how should guess reheat food purchased from any of the restaurants on the property, staff literally told me “they don’t know and can’t help me” "

"We had an amazing view from our room, but it was very dingy. The walls, baseboards, and dresser were very scuffed, and the shower made a giant mess in the bathroom. The pool had quite the party vibe, but seats were impossible to find unless you paid for them."

"We stayed Sun-Sat. Room was to us just ok. Nice beds and bathroom but our mini fridge would not work where it was because of the plug so we had to relocate it by the bed plug. Casino was decent with easy walks to the other local casinos via pedestrian bridges. I would stay here again. Suggestions for newcomers stock up snacks and drinks to bring in to save money."

"My room was a little delapidated but clean. Bed was comfortable. No streaming on the tv, no coffee maker, no mini fridge. Basic bed. Food court breakfast was terrible, better to grab Starbucks. Would I go back, likely not."
