It’s always a long line for the front desk. If you want to go through them for check in and out, or any questions, prepare to wait for at least 30 mins unless you’re VIP. Their staffs are not all that friendly and informative. They said a lot of “that’s another party issue” because they do parking with Paris and they do rewards with Caesers. So if you want to solve those issues with them, good luck! One good thing about them is their security team is responsive and quick! Our next room guests were crazy people - yelling and screaming all day long. They were quick to come and talk to them, and were willing to offer room change or late check out for us.

Liked that it was definitely convenient to find from the strip. I also liked that check-in and check-out was an extremely seamless process. The text option for help/service worked great. We also enjoyed the room and loved the layout of the bathroom. The self-parking was a bit hard to find but once we got the hang of it, it wasnt so bad. The elevators could use some work, but overall the property and amenities worked for us for the price and we'd definitely stay there again.

The line had about 100 people in it when I arrived at 6pm. I put my stuff in a friends room to return after the line went down. I returned at 9pm and there were about 5 people in line. There were three people working the front desk. two of them were with the same customers for about 15 minutes while I stood in line. One front desk clerk moved multiple people through quickly, so when guests left this persons station and one of the others, I immediately went to the person who was working efficiently. When I got to his station, he hashly said "I did not tell you to come over here, Don't rush me!" I said "would you like me to go back to the line?" He said "do whatever you want" I said, "I did not mean to rush you, I wanted to come to you because you seem to be moving much more guests through than the other clerks" I said this hoping he would appreciate the compliment, but instead made a few more snarky remarks. I stated that I tried to check in at the kiosk... Is it not working today? I don't know why it told you to come here? I am not the machine. Again, being RUDE instead of welcoming me to the hotel. I literally did not say another word to this person and I am shoked the this persin works in "hospitality", as it was a TERRIBLE experience. The hotel has several areas under construction...

The Horseshoe Hotel was an amazing hotel. The food and activity options were amazing. I was able to get a massage, gamble, play in the arcade, swim and catch the Las Vegas Monorail all within the hotel. The food options within the hotel were ok, but the Bazaar Promenade area had so many food and shopping options that I enjoyed. The only complaint I had was when I called housekeeping to come change the bedding, it wasn't changed. But overall I would definitely go back and stay at Horseshoe again.

The Horseshoe is very smokey. The room was dirty despite being "new." I was unable to get wifi. when I called for help the lady said, "well I called the front desk and they were unhelpful" LOL. I was able to get my laptop manually connected but was never able to get a phone connected. They did provide a pack n play for my baby and added a comforter in there to make it more cozy. That was a nice touch. View overlooking Flamingo was very noisy at night. Stayed at the Paris the next week and I would chose Paris over Horseshoe moving forward.
