"Great place to stay"

"The only good part of our stay at the Stratosphere was the person who checked us in at the beginning — they were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything after that was a terrible experience. The bathroom shower was clogged, the water would not drain properly, and the room was not clean. On top of that, we were charged over $900 on our credit card for alleged smoking in the room, even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room because we do not smoke at all. Trying to resolve the issue was extremely stressful and time consuming. I even had to cancel my credit card because of the situation. While dealing with this, we also learned that other guests experienced similar problems. Very disappointing experience overall."

"For the amount of money we spent two stay 3 nights it was worth what you would pay to go on a cruise! There really wasn’t much benefit other than the pool that comes with the room. Their fees are outrageous and everything was expensive! I feel like for the money we will just stay far away from Vegas in general. We came for a concert which is likely part of why it would be costly but it’s better to save your money and just go to Disney at this point. The room wasn’t that clean and the staff treats you like cattle."

"Had a really great stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a quick mini vacation. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels very upscale from the moment you walk in. Our room was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We stayed in one of the Gold-level rooms on the lower floors and were very happy with it. The pool area was relaxing and a great place to unwind for a couple of hours. We also had a great experience with IGK Salon inside the hotel. They were able to fit me in for a last-minute cut and color and did a fantastic job. The overall vibe of the property feels more luxury nightlife and social scene focused rather than a traditional old-school Vegas casino atmosphere, which made it feel unique compared to other hotels on the Strip. Staff throughout the property were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would absolutely stay here again!"
