We stay at Flamingo just about every summer b/c we love its location. However, we were very disappointed this stay. Smoke detector battery needed replacing, bathroom faucet didn’t work, had to be replaced, no full length mirror in the room, no top sheet on bed, water bottle caps visable under couch, our room was cleaned one day of the five we were there (only cleaned the one day b/c we saw housekeeping in hall & we requested the clean), only two towels, uncomfortable pillows, rude staff upon check-in, etc. Very, very disappointing stay. Don’t think we will be back.

At check in huge queue. On my first night at approx 1 am when I was sleeping in my room another guest was assigned the same room. Called customer service and I was informed that although I was staying in the room for over 7 hours, moreover u was asked to come down to reception at 1am for me to be re registered. And for all the inconvenience there wasn’t even a proper apology. Most elevators don’t work. Expected a lot better

Had other guest barge into my room at 1 am !! Not once but TWICE because the hotel also gave them the same room. Come to find out someone accidentally checked us out. I am still in disbelief, I did not feel safe in my room the rest of the night to the point where I wanted to leave the same night when I still had one more night here. I did have the dead bolt lock on and the door was still easily pushed open. Before finding out that someone checked us out my key card wasn’t working and I was locked out of my room for about an hour. I’m surprised they didn’t catch the mistake while they were issuing me a new key card. Ever since I checked in I’ve had an issue everyday. They charge you $20 a day for parking that’s mostly reserved for vallet which made it hard to find parking. The parking garage is old and run down, I had issues scanning my key card to leave the garage as well as when I came back. Overall I had the worst experience throughout my 4 night stay and will not be returning.

The Flamingo has been my go-to for years. It is extremely conveniently located. The Linq area in the back, the strip out front. Plus There's never been any issue also getting an Uber right out back. My issue this year is that the updates and renovations that used to feel nice are old and broken at this point. Our sink had a leak, our toilet stopped flushing halfway through our visit, the room never got quite cool enough and at the end of our stay I noticed ants. Tons of tiny ants. I was also slightly disappointed with pool hours being over at 6. It was a very hot week and a dip at the end of a hot day would have been nice. The family pool (first time ever bringing kids) was super crowded with not enough seating. Staff and maintenance were friendly and quick to deliver more to and towels directly to our room and also fix our sink and toilet in a very timely manner so that was appreciated. After a 4 night stay I had an additional almost 300 dollar fee for resort fees etc etc. I couldn't even use wifi in my room without paying 15$ extra. That seems ridiculous to me. Given all that, I may still consider staying at the Flamingo in the future because of price and convenience. However, I will definitely be looking more closely into staying somewhere else.

The stay was great. There were so many options for food and entertainment. The over all staff was nice and helpful. My only issue a staff member in the front desk. She wasn’t nice at all and had an attitude towards everyone

Unsafe. The door didnt latch and someone came into my sons room and took his wallet why he was sleeping. We were unaware that the door was unsecure. It has been over a week and we still have not heard from anyone at the hotel. I had to go to the front desk a day or so later and ask if they were going to fix the door. The front desk said we were going to fix it when you checked out:( Very terrible experience. I will never stay there again.

I booked this property specifically for the pool and the pool was closed when we went. There is no handicapped parking maybe like 2 spaces and the parking was divided by 3 hotels

The room was nice. We were sad though that when it came time to check out we asked the staff at the registration desk about parking. They said to check out after we leave the ramp and to scan our room key at the ramp to get our parking taken care of. The ramp forced us to pay for parking. Then we came back and checked out, and saw on the receipt that they had already charged us at the hotel for parking. On the receipt it said to present that at the ramp to get out without having to pay again. I wish the staff would have told us this when we asked about it. We ended up paying $40 instead of $20 for parking.

Tre resort fee is just a price gouging fee. I didn’t have toilet paper in my room. Elevators didn’t work. Guest service needs improvement. Room was clean. Common facilities were not clean. Disrepair, faded glory, not worth it, Caesars entertainment is not good. Definitely the lowest tier of resorts like this. In speaking with other guests; they universally agreed. I’d consider Flamingo at a much lower price. Going for it: Location, price, clean room. Probably safer than some

Awesome property! Really fantastic, but severely lacking in housekeeping staff. Some days our room didn’t get cleaned even though we requested it 3 times one day….More staff need to be hired for a 5 star stay.

This property was very convenient. We booked with 14 of us for my wedding and they "dont offer discounts, upgrades or anything comped, because the property is too desirable". My husband and I werent able to get a king size bed even though that is what we booked. Although one of the cpuples from our wedding party had an upgraded suite for free. None of the staff are particularly friendly, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool servers are super nice! It was a decent place to stay but i am disappointed in how they handled such a special occasion.

Pool should not be Public and staff needs to clean outside sitting and smoking area more often because trash is everywhere and shady people gather at night. The equipment in the hotel room was mediocre. I paid a good amount hoping that it was an upper class room.

Cons - Shower water was supremely hard, made you not even want to shower let alone shower for only a few minutes. - Tub backed up while showering, 1/4 of the tub would be filled in less than 5min, again made you not want to shower. - They have a “24hr” text service called Ivy, asked for towels at 10:40pm, they responded and said housekeeping would bring towels, no towels came after over 2hrs so at about 12:50am asked again for towels, they responded and said they would deliver the towels and rush the request, again no towels came all night. At 12:30pm the following day, we asked again for the towels, they said they would again bring them, and again we never received the towels. Try talk to the front desk and it was 40min wait. - No fridge in the room- it’s hot, you’re traveling, and you’re going to have food/snacks and you need a place to put them so they’re cold when you get back. - No microwave in the room either- seems standard to me as well - room was dirty, we spilled water and cleaned it up and the towel was very dark, and there was dust everywhere. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
