I really loved this hotel because of its charm. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I love the complimentary morning breakfasts. There were so many pleasant touches including robes and pajamas. The room was clean and just the right size for us. Location was excellent being a couple of blocks from a major terminal accessing buses and subway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. Great property. We enjoyed the room with a group of 4 adults. Spacious and very clean. It also had two toilets which was convenient. Each adult had a bed to themself. Check in and checkout process is done electronically on site as there is no staff present to do it for you. But we did see someone restocking the Amenities on the first floor who asked if if there is anything we needed. Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer).
