"コンビニやドラッグストア、スーパーが近いという立地の良さ、室内環境ともに値段以上の満足度がありチェックインオンラインでスタッフとやり取りを行うスタイルでスムーズに行えました。ただ、エクスペディアに掲載された住所に向かうと市役所に辿り着き、ホテル側との連絡もつかず自力でホテルのホームページから住所を調べなければいけないという事態に見舞われ、大雨の中バイクだったこともありとても辛かったです。そして問い合わせへの返信は「住所をよく確認の上お越しください」とこちらが間違っているかのような言い方でずっとモヤモヤが残る旅となりました。 ..."

"チェックイン・アウトの時間がエクスペディア掲載と後から届くメッセージとで違います。チェックアウトが遅れると1時間につき追加料金がかかると言われましたが、正確な時間がわからず混乱しました。建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔感がありました。マイクロファイバーのバスタオルとフェイスタオルがベッド台数分ありました。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが、かなり時間はかかりました。何故か柔軟剤だけ置いてあります。キッチンにはフライパンやまな板、包丁、その他キッチンツールがあり、皿もあります。テレビでYouTubeが視聴できたので、子供たちも楽しそうでした。"
