「This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. Would recommend again and again.」

「Had a great weeklong stay at this house. House was clean and well stocked with advertised amenities. The location is great. Everything seems to be a 1-2 minute walk away. Shim-Mikawashima station (Kesei Line) was super convenient and only a minute away. 3 konbinis, a launderette, a great bakery (Bakeries Lab), confectionery shop and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet Arakawa neighborhood that was nice to retreat to after loud, busy days in the city....

「施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。」
