Great service !

The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk. Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.

Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring Tokyo. Things we loved: the staff were great. The onsen was a huge bonus for us (helping us to understand how to properly use one before going to other places). We also liked the laundry facilities and complementary drinks. Our room was 2 x bunk beds, so a little tight for 4 but everyone was happy. The negatives - just breakfast. This was provided in the cafe below but was very 'japanese/ western'. Great amenities . Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Soaking tub was also a nice surprise.

The room was nice and spacious and had a great view of the river. The location of the property is very close to Asakusa Station. When you exit the property, to the right is the elevator exit for Asakusa, which is very convienent if you need to go to Narita Airport.

Tucked in a quiet area. Walking distance of everything but far enough not to be caught in the crowds. Staff was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, and hotel was amazing.

Very comfortable accommodations—perfect for our family of 4. Hotel staff were so pleasant helpful. We would love to stay anytime at a Mimaru property!

Very close to Asakusa station, very clean rooms with all the toiletries necessary in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little English but a lot of effort to help which might be better than a fluent speaker and not willing to help. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores near by and of course the Asakusa temple is 5 minutes away. Definitely will come back again.

This is a great hotel with only a handful of rooms and the staff workers are helpful. It feels more personal than larger name chain hotels. This is one of the few times where I found myself using all of their services, including a free drink bar, free bread and croissants for breakfast, a portable wifi rental box with 10gb a day for 700 yen, and a luggage delivery service they partnered with. Very easy to get to from the airport and it's access to the Chuo sobu line makes it easy to get around...
