It was a great place to stay in Tsukuba. Next to train station and the mall. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Staff were very professional. They explained everything and provided written instructions. The room had a view of Mt Tsukuba and was very clean. Laundry facilities also available for guest use with a small fee which was very convenient.

It is a pretty standard, well run Japanese chain hotel with good service as usual. The rooms and the public area is tight and the location is excellent. Tsukuba was fully booked at the time of my stay.

Well located, close to the bus and train station. That's perfect. Even if no good English speakers, the staff tries it's best to satisfy customers. Renovation in progress

駅を出てすぐのホテル。ただ、直結ではないので、雨の日は多少は濡れる覚悟が必要。スタッフさんは親切で対応も臨機応変。部屋も綺麗で、朝食も美味しかった。

部屋も朝食のレストランも清潔で、部屋も広くビジネスホテルでは1番快適で過ごしやすいホテルです。つくばの他のホテルも泊まりましたが、このホテルはまた使いたいです。

冷蔵庫が、すぐ使える状態じゃなくてスイッチが二箇所あったのが気づかなくて、朝起きた時に冷蔵のものが冷えていなかったのが、そこだけ残念でした。他は駅近で居心地もよかったです。
ホテルに隣接したレストランがあっ��て、そこで、夕飯を食べました。土地のものが美味しかったです。

スタッフの対応はお掃除の方含めて、顔を合わせると挨拶してくださったり、困り事がないか気遣ってくれたりと素晴らしかったです。部屋も清潔で仕様も必要なものは揃っており、安心して宿泊できます。 アメニティはロビーでピックアップできるし、パジャマ(ワンピース型)が揃っているのもありがたいです。 チェックイン、アウトは機械を操作するのですがスタッフが教えてくれます。
