"Do not check in at a Kiosk! You could get a room by an elevator which sounds like a freight coming through every 5 minutes all night! They did switch us the next day to a room that smelled like Cheech and Chong lived in there for 30 years! We also got stuck in an elevator. The lady at checkout was so rude also, causing me to have to call the next day. Fake fingernails were in the bathroom floor and body hair/pubes in shower when we got to room. We’ve stayed there numerous times in the past. This is the first bad experience. I hope it was just a fluke. "

"I was not impressed. I paid a lot of money for a suite it was dingy. The carpets were terribly stained. It smelled of metal and cigarette smoke. I have been told for years about this place and I finally get to stay there and it was so disappointing when I told the front desk about it, all they could say was oh I’m so sorry. We’ll tell housekeeping like I just paid over $3000 to come and see a show at the Colosseum and stay at Ceasar’s and all you can tell me is oh I’m sorry I’ll tell housekeeping"

"Clean room. Attentive and helpful staff. Comfortable layout of property with easy access to Cosmo, Bellagio, and Aria. You can self park fairly conveniently at the Bellagio garage if you don't want valet. Will come here again for sure. "
