「I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping.
