"Nice room and good location. No coffee in the room is a real drag—for the price of a room it seems quite chintzy. The gym was under construction and the make shift substitute workout space was tiny and insufficient for the number of guests that stay at this very large hotel. The line at check-in was so slow and VERY understaffed plus the online option didn’t work for everyone in our party and was overly complicated. We noticed huge lineups at the front desk every day at every hour we passed through the lobby. "

"Staff was great, everything went smooth. However. The “pool view” was pretty lackluster, since the pool was out of service. It was emptied and being worked on. The only other complaint I would have, is my room was muggy and coolish… I wouldn’t say the AC worked as well is other hotels in the area. I made sure it was constantly on and set lowest, but it was still a sweaty mess when I was trying to sleep. But other than that, I can’t really say anything bad. It was clean enough and the proximity of it is great. It’s an older casino for sure. I remember gambling there and the imperial palace back in the day (24 years ago) but they’ve done it good to update it and keep things nice for the consumer"

"The staff was amazing keeping things clean and making sure we were satisfied. I would recommend staying here for a fast fun short vacation. I would also recommend getting the 3 day bus pass to travel back and forth and there is a stop right outside the hotel. "
