「The house was great..Josh and Aya were awesome. I was a little disappointed to find out that four of the rooms were connected and you had to walk through to exit. We made the best of it and had an amazing time. The outdoor space was perfect for my birthday celebration!! We enjoyed every inch of the home, especially the bathrooms, pool and hot tub.」

「I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is...

「Horrible communication, host cancelled a day before my trip. As it was a festival we were attending so room rates were astronomical . So here I go 3 hrs on the phone with Expedia/vrbo to make sure I would get a refund. Worst experience ever.」
