"Property is Business friendly and family friendly. Staff at counter were courteous but only 2-3 at counter despite long lines. Didn’t see much staff (housecleaning, general staff etc during our stay). Casino floor was extremely Smoke smelling. "

"Having no Airport shuttle to the hotel didn't like. For the price for the hotel they needed to have more amenities in each rooms! Oh the views looking out is horrible and no balcony or patio to sit outside? Most importantly the smell whatever it was outside was horrible! Another they charge you to park you're car in the charge? I most definitely wasn't happy with that at all. No shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel? No parking? The smell? Let's just say myself I will never stay there again!"

"Property was clean, the food at the restaurants were ok. Staff were not accommodating at all. We did not feel like we were staying at a resort style hotel with customer service but an air bnb where you have to basically fend for yourself. Although not directly on the strip, the location was close enough. I was disappointed with the pool… we purchased a cabana with a private pool. People kept getting in our pool, the food was not that great. I didn’t think this was a hotel that focus on families but there were a lot of kids at the pool. Would have been nice for an adult only section. Parking and valet were free but there was never anyone at the valet counter to park…"

"Awesome location on the strip. Easy access to I15. Room has always been clean. Free parking in Vegas is always a plus. "
