"Splurged on an executive suite only to have a bathtub that clearly hadn’t been wiped out because someone’s bronzer/suntan oil was still sitting at the bottom, inner bathroom door glass clearly hadn’t been wiped in forever, and the remote was disgusting. Bathroom cabinets need a good repainting. We weren’t in the room much but were in and out odd hours so we didn’t involve the staff which honestly kind of our fault but we won’t be staying here again. Also had to have maintenance come change the drain plug because the bath wouldn’t hold water so that we could use it after I cleaned it myself. Had to clean the bathtub again after maintenance came because of drain junk/gunk all over the bottom."
