I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The Linq Promenade has lots of shops and restaurants. It's a really cool place to stroll through, shop, and eat. The High Roller is located there as well.

So many affordable eating options: - Pizza by the slice at Flour & Barley - In-n-Out - Happy Hour Apps and at Brooklyn Bowl - It's 5 o'clock somewhere, $5 regional beers at AmeriCAN between 2-7pm - CASH ONLY $2 water, $3 beers, and $4 craft beers outside Brooklyn Bowl and on the Promenade - RESTROOMS: are between the Ghirardelli Store and the Virtual Reality Experience
