"the hotel is a dump. The pool was closed . They did not honor our expedia reservation we were forced to pay again for the room we already paid for- they gave us a room that had not been cleaned- the waitress in the steakhouse that served us was so rude. The air quality was horrible"

"Stayed at the Palazzo, which was fine but the rooms need a refresh. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Major surprise: after reserving a room for two nights on Expedia, I learned upon departure that a substantial daily Resort Fee (think a nice steak dinner) been charged to my credit card. Resort fee was not mentioned on the Expedia site when I made the reservation or at the Venetian when we checked in. "
