The trailer was very outdated. There was a very musky smell to the place the blankets smelled old and dirty, I had a friend let me borrow hers, and we also saw cockroaches I was able to take a picture of one.

Cabins are old. Need lots of updating. Water leak under kitchen sink that had been there for along time. Bowl atching water sitting on a soaked bath towl behind the trash can. Beds were very hard.
Don’t know if they are under new management, but the last time we stayed here, I gave them a 5 now something has happened because they moved down to a 3 in my opinion.
Booked this place on 22nd feb for Xmas and new year went to look at it in March when I went to Vegas was shown beautiful clean place and thought I struck lucky until check in on Xmas eve got dirty smelly disgusting room and when I complained to the manager was told what did I expect for the price I paid! I paid what they advertised on Expedia was given options to upgrade to better cabin or leave if I was not happy! It was Xmas eve and was booked until 10th Jan and now rooms were very expensive had they shown me the place I got in March I would have cancelled the reservation and booked elsewhere
This "little" should never be advertised for 4 people. It's different but you can stay in big hotel in Vegas for the same price. Definitely not worth $114 per night.
It was very relaxing and easy to get to my destination.

Cabin at RV park
We stayed at this RV park for 3 nights and although we were hesitant we were pleasantly surprised. The park is nothing out of the ordinary other than the gate attendant; Paola - she was friendly and helpful!
The pool and clubhouse were out of order due to some storm damage. Our cabin was new, clean and just awesome! We had no issues, residents were friendly and were able to leave our bass boat in front of our cabin with no issues.
Would stay here again but only if we could stay in one of the newer cabins.
Good stay. Pretty quiet for just off bolder hey. Cabin was pretty comfortable for three adults. Upkeep on the cabin could have been a little better: no towel rack in the bathroom, pocket door to bathroom was replaced with a curtain( not good for privacy in such a small place), comforter on bed was extremely worn out. Overall was clean, service at gate station was excellent. Customer service on the phone not very good, left several messages with no call back finally got someone to answer and was told to call the reservation desk. Pool, hot tub and club house were out of service due to weather damage earlier in the year, could have offered a discount for that.

No swiming pool ,kids were very disapointed
You now how Vegas is hot.... NO POOL; Difficult to explain to the kids because it was notified
The worse place to sleep! The quilt was old and broken (I was not even sure if it was quilt)! I could even see the cotton and hairs of animals on the bed! I don't think they cleaned the bed! I don't know why such a place can get a review score as high as 4.6 (usually a hotel with review score higher than 3.5 is enough to make me happy). Maybe other people slept in their RV or their rooms were fine. Anyway, I won't recommend this place and I will not stay here anymore.
We stayed in a cottage on two separate nights during a road trip. For a family of five it was perfect! The beds were good, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was a little run-down and the rv sites very close together, but it was far more comfortable than hotels in that price range and better for the kids than staying on the strip. Will definitely use it again when we are going through las vegas. The wi-first was not great, tv selections were good and the pool looked nice and clean.
