Checkin was chaos. No one at reception desk. Had to go online with ID etc. Room cards issed by the lobnly computer. 3 senior citizen on staff offered help and directions. Map was confusing as was finding the parking. The room wss nothing short of horrible. Dark. Dingy. Chipped furniture. Stark bathroom. NEVER AGAIN. Please remove them from expedia properties. Looks bad on your reputation

Room was outdated. Bathroom door was old had warp spots from moisture. Fan in bathroom toggle switch broken could be electrical hazard. People were loud outside and down the hall. No internal cameras inside manor hallways. Beside those little things. The room bed was comfy and family had a good stay

I was very disappointed I got there a day early and agents were very rude. I had to go get a room somewhere else for the night. When I did check in the next day the room wasn't clean.

The room was adequate, it was clean, but the plug in the bathroom could be updated, they are not up to code. The elevator situation needs some work, at any given time there were only 2 of 4 elevators working that go to the upper level rooms so wait times were longer than needed to be. Check in could be improved as well, the self check in with staff support was not helpful, I needed help with something and the staff was not kind at all, she made me feel like I was stupid for not understanding what was on the screen. Check out was easy, so that part was good.

The room was clean, I didn’t like that there was no microwave or refrigerator nor did I appreciate the cleaning lady to not take out the trash, change the towels and rags or make the bed, I had to leave my trash outside the door with the towels and rags and she emptied the trash and took the towels and rags but I had to dial 702 to hav clean towels and rags brought to me
