「I recently stayed at the M Resort and Casino and would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. While the property itself has a nice overall appearance, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room were disappointing. The bathroom had visible hair left behind from a previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Additionally, the chair in front of the desk was cracked and worn, and there were food crumbs left on it—something that should have...

「IHG系列なのできれいで使いやすい。部屋や設備、朝食も問題ない。町までは10分ほど。カジノ付きホテルとGSが隣接している。カジノ付きホテルにはレストランあり。山に隣接していて景色はというと微妙。 AZのKingmanから来る93号とNVのLasVegasへ行く11号のJunctionに位置し、最近Junctionが新しくなったのか入り口がナビで表示される入口と違うので注意。」

「グランドキャニオンへの出発点として利用しました。繁華街から離れているので静かで、料金もリーズナブルです。フリーウェイへのアクセスも良い立地です。チェックインの応対やエキストラベッドの搬入も速やかでした。浴室も大きなバスタブ付きで快適です。外気温が４０℃と猛烈に暑かったので近所のスーパーで食材を購入して部屋食としました。」

「最初の部屋はレイクビーではなかった！ 変更してもらったが、 お風呂の排水がされなくてサービスを頼んだが時間がかかった。 部屋の掃除が良くなかった！」

「We literally drove in the parking lot and turned around. It looked so rundown and horrible area! We chose to lose our 400+ dollars and went and stayed at the sunset station. Very expensive mistake booking this hotel!」

「My daughter, mother and I shared a 2 queen bed suite when we came to town for a sports event at Lee’s Family Forum. Check in staff was amazing, pool was clean and seating was comfy. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioning in our room was broken. We called maintenance every day and were reassured that it was fixed-it was not. 」
