The room was very well maintained and had all options needed for a stay. I liked the kitchen and options for a potential long term stay if need be. The front desk employees were friendly and the cleaning staff was welcoming and others were very enjoyable to talk to. It is a relaxing place to stay.

The people at the front desk when we checked in at 2:15am were beyond friendly. It was so refreshing after flying from the east coast and dealing with the rental car people. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for a night but would stay for the amenities when we come back

It is in the airport landing path, so prepare for daytime planes. Also construction remodeling going on now. Continental breakfast good, staff excellent and very accommodating. Jacuzzi out of order too.

Thank you to Shaneice, the manager, for making our stay as a family wonderful. The roads are closed because of flooding so our family had to turn back to Vegas and stay for another night. She made our check in light-hearted and took care of our family with the best accommodations and customer service. Thank you!!

Staff is great, all downhill from there

Staff was very friendly, pet charge is exorbitant in my opinion (and wasn’t advertised that we could see), internet worked 1/4 days, TV didn’t work at all, sofa bed was like sleeping on straight springs, “spa/sauna” was colder than the pool, bed hadn’t been swept or mopped under in what looked like months, sheets for sofa bed smelt stale and musty

Staff is excellent - user friendly. VERY CLEAN, excellent breakfast. Didn't realize the property would have air traffic constantly flying over the property. TOO NOISY which is fine if you don't mind not sleeping through the night or relaxing by the pool. Elevator not working which is tough bringing luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Could use grab bars in the shower for the older population.

There were several maintenance issues in the building where we stayed. We could not use the pool because they were doing some repairs. Staff said I could go to the other hotel across the street if I wanted access to the pool. Breakfast was nice.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Our room was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Checking in was easy. We did encountered some unsatisfactory issues: -We were put on the third floor as that was “the only” room available in a building with an inoperable elevator. -A television was no working in one of our rooms. -Parking was limited. —The swimming pool was open, but the water was ice cold. —The breakfast was 4/10
