"No on-site parking available - had to park at a public parking lot at an additional cost. Room was ok, but we didn’t have enough towels and the phones in the room didn’t work properly, unable to contact housekeeping or guest services. The sofa bed was uneven, with the feet portion being higher than the head section and the mattress was too soft. Huge plus was the continental breakfast available in the morning."

"Room was clean and comfortable. One issue- the room is meant for two people, but there is only one single chair by the table and there is absolutely no other place for a second person to sit. We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference."

"The location was perfect for visiting the Niagara Falls area, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were generally friendly and helpful; however, there did not seem to be enough staff available, especially during breakfast hours. The breakfast area was not consistently monitored, and food trays often needed refilling. The front desk staff were welcoming during check-in, but the level of service was not as consistent throughout our stay. Additionally, they did not fully explain all of the available hotel benefits and amenities at check-in, which would have enhanced the guest experience. Overall, the excellent location made the stay enjoyable, but improvements in staffing, breakfast service, and guest communication would make the experience even better."

"It appears the facility may be restoring the building. But there were gross stains on the “couch” in our room. The walls were all banged up and looked gross and I was afraid of what might get on me in the bed. We were in the 3rd floor and maybe they haven’t worked on that floor yet. The floorboards were gone and the wallpaper was tearing. I would not stay there again if other options were available."
