"I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading some negative ones, I felt I should share my experience. I have to say, I completely disagree—my stay was excellent. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Angie at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, and I absolutely loved the hot shower. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.A. B."

"Great staff and great food"

"Reception desk staff we encountered, unfriendly, uncourteous, not welcoming, un helpful. Room wasn't clean, dust, hairs on seat and bathroom, mildew. If you need anything, you have to go down and get it... Only friendly, smiling, up beat staff was the Lady in the beeakfast area. "

"LOVED our stay at Cambria! Staff was super personable and fun, especially the front desk staff and the bar/waitstaff. Had a couple of nitpicks about stuff in our specific room (TV remote was a little weird, blinds stuck), but didn't affect our ability to have a great time and enjoy happy hour! Also, if you aren't afraid of walking, you can absolutely walk over to the falls or to Canada and save a ton on parking. We got our steps in this trip, which meant we ate and drank whatever we wanted, lol. Thank you Cambria staff for a great stay! One note: there was a bit of confusion on the free breakfast situation since we booked via Orbitz and not the hotel directly, they had us get daily vouchers for breakfast. Would rather have just been given all the vouchers for our stay on Day 1, but oh well. "

"Parking staff who also happened to be at the counter, was rude with wrong assumptions on their part.. later on realizing and changing their attitude. Breakfast choices poor. “Sorry we are out of fruits”. Doubt if we’d like to stay here agan..great location though!!"

"Not a bad hotel but upon checking in I was told that I was given an upgrade. I now had a bigger room with 2 beds! Wow and I booked a king bed. I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that I did not consider that an upgrade. He then stated that it was overbooked by the third party and then that the king rooms had not been cleaned. Hmmm. Not happy about that."
