"This property is about 2 blocks from the falls. It is $20 each day to park, but gives you full in and out privileges. There are two hot tubs and a nice pool for entertainment. I would suggest using a little bleach on the surfaces around the pool to remove the black stuff. But still ok in there. Two of the only ok restaurants in down town and an arcade. For a family of 3 or more you can takeb$10 off meals over $40 before taxes and fees. Rooms are simple and beds and bathrooms are good. For the money not too bad. I would stay here again."

"Location to Niagara Falls was perfect. Walking distance to multiple areas. Older hotel but clean. Bedding was comfortable. Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Breakfast from a full menu was excellent."

"Stayed for 1 night. The room was basic and clean. There was some confusion regarding the breakfast being free for children under 12... only if the parent paid full price. Not a big a deal except the food choices didn't look very good and @ $22 wasn't really worth it. At end o our stay I tried to shower but the handle and pieces fell off. Took a bath instead. I didn't like being hit with a $13 resort fee when i arrived. Either Holiday Inn needs to roll that into the cost for the room or Expedia needs to charge it up front. Didn't feel much like a "resort" so th e fee was just an extra charge really for nothing. Location was amazing. Walk to the falls no problem. There was a Hyatt in the same area. The pricing was a bit higher but I think next time I will try that instead."
