Rooms are well maintained and clean. The breakfast was decent although had limited options. The staff was helpful - our door key reader battery had died one night, and the staff helped replacing it themselves despite the engineer not around. It is about 12 min drive from the falls and we used the free shuttle service one morning. The room was the best part, with the free parking also being a very useful complementary benefit.

The staff was very nice to allow us to do an early check-in when we arrived… We just come off of a train and we’re a little Warren and needed to dump our stuff. The staff was great, especially Fred in the morning breakfast department… We needed a box to take the food up to the room and he dug around and found one… Very nice… Also, I was looking for some yogurt, and there was none out. He said I think the truck is outback let me see what I can do… Found it and pulled two yogurts out for us… Awesome… Fred man… Would always recommend this place

Very clean hotel, breakfast was pretty good. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating, however they need to work on the front desk, had to wait over 30 minutes for the front desk staff to come back for check in. And she wasn’t very friendly, like asking a question was too much of an inconvenience. The pool was nice however they need to clean the scum off the edge of the pool. Otherwise very nice hotel.
