ナイアガラ フォールズ - 西ニューヨークの四つ星ホテル

「Very good location also extra clean room」

「This needs to be brought up to management asap. I have been staying there for years and always rated your hotel at 5 stars. Last time it was horrible and I just figured it was a one time event. You MUST replace your cleaning management team. Never seen a more dirtier room and we had 2. After I complained and it was “cleaned” I still had someone’s fake eye lash on my glass and bloody sheets! Disgusting」

「スタッフは余り　接客意識はないね　特にカウンターは偉そうにしている」

「Extremely old mansion with great history. Staff very friendly and courteous. Private parking across from the premise. Great atmosphere and close to other Buffalo attractions.」

「スタッフの対応がすごく丁寧だった。」

「Always a great experience. First choice for me.」

「Superior staffing, everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were nice, the onsite restaurant leaves a little something to be desired however there is several great dining options in walking distance.」

「We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.」

「The Black Sheep Inn occupies a beautiful and historic house near the pleasant village of Hammondsport. The accommodations were comfortable. The innkeepers were welcoming and generous. The included breakfast is always a hit!」
