「Overall the place is great. Lot of space to stretch. Hosts were excellent and communicated very well! Only issue is this particular condo faces the highway. ...and can hear the car's all night. Recommend some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as my wife is. Rest is great!」

「We didn't get our original place we booked but the host was so accommodating towards us, he ended up giving us two places. We were very grateful for the extra rooms. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place could've been better, minor things like mirrors and counter tops had smudging and looked like it was done in a hurry. Other than that we had everything we needed for one night. 」

「We were catfished by this one. The pictures are really nice, and I will say they did update the unit. HOWEVER, there is absolutely zero sound barriers in that entire building. We could hear every word the tenants upstairs were saying and despite them speaking at a quiet indoor volume. It was so bad that my wife accidentally had a conversation with one of them. Then, there were hairs all over the towels. There were bodily fluid stains and fresh butt cheek prints on the couch (I'll let you imagine...

「Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area...

「Important to note: we didn't actually end up in this apartment - we stayed in a similar apartment in the same building. Host was very responsive and helpful about the change in plans. I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. While this is likely an unusual experience, it speaks highly of the host's ability to manage their properties.」
