Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
I didn’t even know about the pool! The room was to be ready at 3 but we had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned. Last I wish that had an elevator. Carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs was hard because my husband and I are in our late seventies
